Professional email on your own domain: how it differs from free email

NT-Mail is professional email hosted by NTWeb in Brazil. Mailboxes use your domain, not a free provider's: name@yourcompany.com builds credibility and stays yours if you switch providers.

How your email reaches the inbox

Receiving servers check who is allowed to send on behalf of your domain. NT-Mail publishes SPF, signs every message with DKIM and guides your DMARC policy, and uses TLS on every connection. That is what separates the inbox from the spam folder.

Webmail, email client and phone

Use it in the browser at mail.ntweb.net.br or set up IMAP and SMTP in Outlook, Thunderbird or your phone's mail app. Calendars and contacts stay in sync across devices and with your team.

Messages on one side, files on the other

Heavy attachments clog mailboxes and block sending. For files, photos and documents, BackupON provides a Nextcloud cloud with password-protected share links, so email stays light.

NT-Mail is NTWeb's professional email service. You use your own domain (name@yourcompany.com) on mailboxes hosted in Brazil, with webmail, shared calendars and contacts, antispam filtering and antivirus.

Yes. Any email client with IMAP and SMTP works. Set the server mail.ntweb.net.br for incoming mail (IMAP, port 993, SSL/TLS) and outgoing mail (SMTP, port 465 SSL/TLS or 587 STARTTLS), with your full email address as the username. Always use this server address, not your own domain, so the certificate is accepted.

Yes. On activation NTWeb sends you the MX, SPF and DKIM records to publish in your domain's DNS. If the domain is already hosted at NTWeb, our team makes the change for you.

Yes. Every incoming email goes through server-side antispam and antivirus filtering before it reaches the mailbox. Suspicious messages go to the junk folder, where you can recover them.
